PLACING ORDERS
You may place your order electronically via our consumer friendly web site or call and place your order direct with a sales consultant by calling us toll free at 212-752-9663. To speed up the ordering process by phone, please make sure you have your ordering information (item name, item number, size and color) handy. Please note: Orders placed via the phone can not be tracked online and will not be a part of your online order history. For international orders, please email your order to info@chicdog.com. We will contact you regarding payment. We do not process International credit cards online at this time.

Chicdog.com accepts Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. All prices are displayed and charged in U.S. currency. Unfortunately, at this time we do not accept checks, cash or money orders
SHIPPING
Orders for in stock items received after 12 noon will be processed and shipped the next business day; all other items will be shipped as soon as your order becomes available. For domestic shipping, the shipping charges are listed below and will be automatically be calculated at checkout.
We ship most items via Fedex Ground & USPS. Shipping charges are based on the total amount of your order. The following chart displays shipping charges within the contiguous 48 states.

International Shipping
Some international orders may require additional shipping charges. If additional shipping charges are required, we will contact you via e-mail for your approval of the added amount. Any duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not added into our shipping charges. After an item is shipped, all transactions that involve Customs are between the customer and Customs and does not involve Chicdog.com.
BACK ORDERS
We make every effort to ship orders in a timely fashion. Due to many of our items being specialty items, they are hand made to order with care and require extra time for delivery. Please be patient. This should be noted upon item description. If multiple items are ordered, items will be shipped upon availability.
SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
If you are not completely satisfied with our product upon receipt, Chicdog.com will honor an even exchange, as long as your return is received back to us, un-used, within 14 days of your receipt of merchandise and is unused. Please see returns for details. We offer store credit only on returns. Custom orders and personalized items are not returnable or exchangeable. Due to standard health regulations, we cannot accommodate returns or exchanges on pet carriers.

Please note: Chicdog.com does not honor refunds, only exchanges on un-used merchandise returned within 14 days of receipt. You will receive a store credit good for one year. Please let us know on the packing slip why you decided to return our product so that we can improve our service. Return Shipping: For your protection, we encourage you to send your return via UPS, or by US Mail as long as it is insured and with a delivery confirmation for tracking purposes. We will pick up the shipping cost if your return is the result of an incorrect shipment by Chicdog.com, or a damaged or defective product. We require you to pay for return shipping for any other reason. CODs are not accepted.
